Post-Workout!

A good post workout meal is very important when it comes to fitness. I like to make sure to incorporate high protein always after an intense workout. I had just finished an 8 mile run when I made this. It's a banana protein shake with 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 whole banana, ice and 1 scoop of Pro7 vanilla protein powder. Also, I had 1 cup of grape nuts (high in fiber), 1 cup almond milk, and some strawberries, blueberries and pineapple.
